		<description>You guys!

First time I&#039;ve been on your site for a while - so many great things going on. Bottled tomatoes to top it off. Brilliant, and inspiring to see that it&#039;s possible to find time to post some blogs during it all. i have failed in this account, summer has been sobusy I feel that i would need 20 different new posts to catch up, so it&#039;s hard to know where to start.

Hey, I finished my thesis too, at the end of July (I meant to post a bunch of it on the blog as well, but it&#039;s been slipping down the list of other things to do / post.

But if you think my research on watermills and viability, etc. I could be happy to share my chapters, or the whole document. As you deal with so many propterties, I expect you come accross moinhos all the time. I have calculated how much energy the average Portugese watermill could produce, used the existing tariff to calcuate probable income, and estimated investment and hydro-system installation costs, so to measure payback time in years. Or in units of energy (the EROEI of it all: energy return on energy invested), or in tonnes of CO2 saved, etc.
I would be happy to see these calculations applied somewhere !

Ciao for now
