One day’s harvest of raspberries, strawberries and cherries! We already have a lot of raspberries and cherries bottled, dried, and made into coulis and cordial. More coming every day
Beth and Kev are busy building a solar dryer which should speed up the drying process and mean we can get more fruit preserved with a quicker turnaround.
We’re also harvesting courgettes, beetroot, salad, potatoes, and green beans. Yesterday’s lunch and dinner were made almost entirely from our own produce
